Work     About

3D Printed Ceramic Cooler
A modular, open-source cooling vessel that utilises biomimetic design, paired with porous 3D-printed ceramics to enable effective evaporative cooling, without the need for electricity or complex infrastructure. Inspired by natural systems and designed for adaptability, offering a low-energy alternative for communities facing rising temperatures.

Process
The open-source ceramic cooling system tackles climate issues through accessible, biomimetic design. By combining ultrasonic vibrating technology with moisture-retaining membranes that line the inside of the vessel, the design allows for effective evaporative cooling without reliance on conventional infrastructure.
Its modularity and open-source nature allow for form adaptation, offering a versatile, low-energy alternative for communities facing rising temperatures.
